On May 6, 2013, the Director of International Environmental Analysis and Education Center (IEAEC), Prof. Kihong Park on behalf of GIST signed and exchanged MOU with University of Uyo, Uyo represented by Prof. Paul Ekwere, Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic on behalf of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Comfort M. Ekpo.
The MOU covered collaborations and partnership in advanced research and training among other items. ICEESR is responsible for operating the UNIUYO – GIST LINKAGE PROGRAMME.
