The Director, ICEESR UNIUYO, Dr Edu Inam congratulates and felicitates with SLB (Schlumberger) Nigeria on the auspicious occasion of the 70th Anniversary of SLB in Nigeria. The anniversary dinner event tagged a night of cultural celebrations was held in Eko hotel & Suites Lagos on Thursday 16th March, 2023. It was a toast to an incredible journey of innovation, performance, local capacity development and social impact in Nigeria.

Dr Inam was among the distinguished Faculty for the Future Alumnae specially invited to grace the occasion. According to her, she owes a depth of gratitude to SLB Foundation for funding her post-doctoral research through the SLB Faculty for the Future Programme. An initiative that supports women in STEM to advance their studies in top notch universities abroad. Dr Inam is currently the team lead for the SLB foundation supported project titled “development of technical and scientific equipment database for research excellence in Nigeria”. The project portal is (www.labequipment.NG) The celebrations included the inauguration of the new SLB Corporate office building in Lagos as well as visits to selected operational bases.
